About
Sara M. Williams is a photographer and visual artist living and working in Louisville, KY. In love with all things artistic from a very early age, Sara was drawn to photography as a child and went through roll upon roll of 35mm film. Sara was fortunate--her parents were cool with developing all this film to support her passion (Thanks, Mom & Dad!). Always a camera in hand, she's been practicing photography since she was old enough to operate a camera.
Sara has been practicing professional photography for 10 years, with experience in senior portraits, child and family photography, engagement and couples sessions, wedding and event photography, and more.
She has had work published in LEO Weekly Magazine and has had her work exhibited in the Speed Art Museum, Rouge Noir Gallery, Ekstrom Library's Special Collections, and Tim Faulkner Gallery in Louisville, Kentucky. Sara’s design was selected to represent the 2011 Kentuckiana Pride Festival and she was also a 2005 Kentucky Derby Poster Student Contest Winner.
